Guide and method
This result includes a guide to share good practices in working with life skills of young people. The aim is to provide a comprehensive understanding of specific practices and expertise, rather than a simple sharing of knowledge. Based on this guide, the partners create the LS4YOU method:
The method explains how to identify, measure, strengthen, or obtain certain key life skills that young people need for their chosen life path and how they can support other young people in this process.
In the method and implementation guide, you can find training modules, interview techniques, and detailed activity ideas for online and offline settings.

Learning platform and toolbox
As part of the LS4YOU project, the partners develop a learning platform, featuring a toolbox.
The toolbox consist of e-learning and micro-learning units for young people, with activities that help them define their life path and measure and identify the needed life skills.
The toolbox includes activities for the trainers and youth workers, as well as self-learning activities for the young people.
The learning platform aims to make learning enjoyable and user-friendly, with a focus on providing young people and professionals with the resources they need for fostering life skills.
Further, to improve and inform about the LS4YOU training, a transnational training will be conducted in Spain.
LIFESKILLS FOR YOUTH TRAINING AND PROMOTION
Guidance and training
The project includes a guidance document which aims to improve young people’s employability and broaden their prospects towards the future. The document is based on the previous results and experiences and guides professionals in how the materials and resources of the LS4YOU project can be used in different contexts and with various participants.
Further, as part of the project, all partners conduct national 2-day courses which contain the activities and content of the toolbox and learning platform. Therefore, improving over 50 professionals’ skills and their confidence in using the LS4YOU method. The partners are also conducting a training with young people directly, highlighting the impact and successful application of the activities. Finally, the project concludes with “Trade Days”, workshops and professional days, held in each partner country. In these events, partners present the project and its results, highlighting its usefulness and testing the methods and activities with the attending audience.
